SMS Campaign Terms of Service & Consent
PO Manager — Employee Internal Communications
1. Program Overview
American Rooter & Drain provides SMS messaging services to field employees (technicians) for internal operational communications. This program facilitates purchase order coordination, material ordering, and job cost tracking.
2. Eligibility
SMS campaign messages are limited to authorized field technicians and employees of American Rooter & Drain only. This is an internal, employee-only program.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation in this SMS campaign is voluntary and not a condition of employment . Employees may choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time without affecting their employment status or access to company services.
4. Opt-In Consent
Employees receive separate SMS opt-in requests. Explicit opt-in consent is required before messages are sent. Your consent applies only to this program.
5. Message Content & Frequency
Message Types: Purchase order requests, material ordering, receipt confirmations, and job tracking notifications.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs and may range from several per day to none, depending on your work schedule and assignments.
6. Employees Opting In
During onboarding, technicians are instructed: "Text your material and equipment purchase requests (PO) to (208) 856-7010 to receive PO confirmations and receipt reminders from American Rooter Drain operations team. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." A technician opts in by texting a PO request to the number; that inbound message is their express consent (mobile-originated). This is the only method of opt-in, and it is offered solely to employed technicians.
7. Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To re-subscribe, reply START or OPT-IN .
8. Carrier Charges
Standard SMS rates from your wireless carrier may apply. American Rooter & Drain is not responsible for carrier charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for SMS plan details.
9. Data & Privacy
Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We do not share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties.
10. Support & Help
For assistance with the SMS campaign, reply HELP to any message or contact your Operations Manager. Standard message and data rates apply.
11. Disclaimers
American Rooter & Drain is not responsible for:
- Delays or failures in message delivery by carriers
- Errors or technical issues beyond our control
- Wireless carrier service interruptions
12. Changes to Terms
American Rooter & Drain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
