SMS Program Terms of Service & Consent

1. Program Overview

American Rooter & Drain provides SMS messaging services to field employees (technicians) for internal operational communications. The ARD PO Manager program facilitates purchase order coordination, material ordering, and job cost tracking.

2. Eligibility

SMS campaign messages are limited to authorized field technicians and employees of American Rooter & Drain only. This is an internal, employee-only program.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in this SMS campaign is voluntary and not a condition of employment . Employees may choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time without affecting their employment status or access to company services. Employees who choose not to opt in may submit PO requests through the standard paper process instead.

4. Opt-In Consent

Employees start the communication through opt-in confirmation on this web page. Explicit opt-in consent is required and received and obtained before messages are sent. Your consent applies only to this program.

5. Message Content & Frequency

Message Types: Purchase order requests, material ordering, receipt confirmations, and job tracking notifications.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs and may range from several per day to none, depending on your work schedule and assignments.

6. Employees Opting In

The only method of opt-in to ARD PO Manager SMS is the web form on this page (top right). By entering your name and mobile number and checking the consent box, the employee provides express written consent to receive ARD PO Manager SMS messages (PO confirmations, receipt reminders, and service updates).

No messages are sent to any employee who has not completed this form. Opt-in is offered solely to employed technicians and authorized employees. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or purchase.

7. Opting Out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, complete the opt-in form on this page again.

8. Carrier Charges

Standard SMS rates from your wireless carrier may apply. American Rooter & Drain is not responsible for carrier charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for SMS plan details.

9. Data & Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties.
